Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Office Support person to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Located in Mt Pleasant, Avtec Dental is a growing company servicing the dental industry with repairs and sales of small equipment. We service dental offices from all across the United States and ship orders worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have experience with customer service via email and phone; courteous and professional communication skills are essential.
Duties:
- Logging in and tracking incoming repairs
- Boxing and shipping product
- Answering phone calls
- Sending repair estimates and invoices
- Providing support to the owner and operations manager as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Can work with multiple programs including Quickbooks and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
